Come join us for our weekly open spinjam! This is when all of the flow community comes together and blast music, let loose and FLOW! All levels welcome and there are many extra hoops/ poi/ wands always available. Scroll down to get information about our Winter and Sunny Sessions!
Winter Sessions: Thursdsys in the Sac Gym 7 - 9
Boston gets super cold! But that doesn't stop the Boston University Project from flowing! We have a quarter of The Sac Gym where we can bust out all our toys and have lots of fun. Though if you've never hooped before we encourage you to attend our free Monday classes, don't let that stop you from droppin' in on a Thursday to check us out and try out yoru flow. All levels are welcome. The gym has super high ceilings, speakers, mats and mirrors. Come take advantage of our sace as well as the incredible talent that shows up at our gym during these frozen months!

D R I V I N G:
There is a parking lot in the back of the gym. If you make a left (the last left you can make before going on to Storrow). Once you make the left, follow the path and it will swing you around to the back

Sunny Sessions: Marsh Plaza (day/time TBA)
This is when The Hooping Project can be at its best- under the sunshine! We place ourselves in the middle of Boston University's campus with lots of extra flow toys! This is where we have gained much of our popularity- through onlookers. In fact, this is how the project connected itself to many of our members. Come out, bathe in the sun and jam with the Boston Univeristy Hooping Project. It's so fun to see the look on peoples faces... and even more fun strangers dare to try out hooping themselves!
